Regen8
Sunday mornings 11.00
Regnr8 is the Sunday morning bible study for 11+ at NBC. It aims to enable young people to develop a personal relationship with Christ as well as helping them to understand
the Bible and the Christian faith, and to live for God as light in the world. It also addresses contemporary issues so young people can see the Bible’s relevance in today’s world.
Regnr8 is targeted specifically for 11-14’s but is open to all youth members regardless of age. We invite year 6 members to Regnr8 in the summer term to help them with the move from the children to youth program at NBC. Regnr8 meets on Sunday mornings during the 11am church service, the members worship with the rest of the church for the first 15 minutes of the service before leaving for Regnr8.
During the Autumn term 2011 Regnr8 will be looking at the big questions concerning faith that the members asked this term. Such as... Evolution, hasn’t science disproved God? Why does God let bad things happen? How should we respond to different religions? How can God be one and three at the same time?
Leaders: Marcia Wadham, Drew and Sarah Masters, Scott Perchard, Rachel Vallence, Philippe Chapel.
